Thursday 9th August
Almost three days since being available on radios, downloads and music stores, Danielle's debut song, This Is Me has received strong reviews.
Entertainment Weekly - 4 stars
A fantastic debut song from the hottest new female of the year. Her lyrics tell a story and they are real. This girl must be kept an eye on. Her album will be a must have of the summer when people hear this song and want more. LC Records, this girl will be bringing in the money.
Rolling Stone - 3 stars
An OK debut from one of the hottest debut's of the year. This is enough to gain her top 3 hit, but not enough for a number 1. The remix is better and is sure to get her noticed in the clubs and dance charts.
Los Angeles Times - 4 stars
With Ms Spears away from the music scene for the past 3/4 years, we needed someone to fill her in shoes. Here is Danielle. She's new, she writes her own stuff, her lyrics are real and tell stories. This is the girl who people need to have on their ipods, stereos and radios. To all the pop princess's, watch out.
Meanwhile, Danielle has currently been promoting her song to Nightclubs be requesting it there as the song has been remixed especially for Clubs.

Q: How does it feel to have a top 3 single. A: It's great and i feel proud as i feel the promotion seems to have paid off. I hope the single continues to improve.
Q: Are you hoping for a number 1? A: I'm not sure. I mean i knew i wouldn't beat Blair, but it would be nice to. But if i don't, then at least i got my first top 3 hit which is an achievement for any new artist.
Q: How do you feel on your upcoming album A: I feel very excited. I mean i have put my heart and soul into this album and i hope it does well.
Q: You have been doing alot of promotion haven't you? A: Yes, i have done like three chat shows visits, a TRL appearance and i will be doing another one soon there. I will be doing another chat show appearance.
Q: You have been hitting the clubs alot recently, you like to party alot. A: I don't drink alcohol so no I'm not, I'm just here to promote some tracks for my album which has been remixed especially for clubs.
Q: You have been spotted at LAX twice this week. You attracted to the place. A: In some ways i am (laughs), but the first time i went, i became good friends with the owner (DJ AM) and he said i could come by whenever to promote my songs.
Q: What other celebrity friends have you made. A: Not many, but hopefully more at my Album Release party. I have invited Timbaland to my party.
Q: How did you get into contact with him? A: I met him in a club and began talking and i asked him if he would like to come to my Album Release party and he said yes which was fantastic.
Q: Will there be future music involved? A: Maybe. I mean when he comes, i would like to talk to him and learn from him. Learning from him would be great to expand my song writing skills along with fabulous Keri Hilson as she is also coming.
Q: Sounds like life for you at the moment is great. A: Yeah it really is, couldn't ask for anything better.
